I’ve heard lots of people argue about New York style pizza vs. Chicago style pizza. Chicago is known for the deep dish style, I believe?

But all of those same people seem to agree, that Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s, etc. are not good pizza.

I’ve also heard that New York has so many one of a kind , often family owned, pizza places, that you could try a new place once a week for 30 years, and still not have tried them all.

I don’t know what IDIOCRACY is, but if you say so, ok.

[[When I eat at a restaurant, I’d prefer to see and hear other people. I don’t necessarily want to see and hear machines whirring and beeping around the tables. Seems very artificial and sterile.]]

That’s Robophobic! Red flag alert- Red flag Alert!

I like pizza made by real Italians, ones who know secret hand signals that drive the left crazy.

Video: 3 Pizzas in 39 Seconds

I can do a large pepperoni in under 30 seconds, which is better than some of our insiders.

are you making the crust from scratch and kneading it over and over?

To knead the dough, fold the dough in half and rock forward on the heels of your hands to press it flat. Turn the dough slightly, fold it in half, and rock into it again with the heels of your hands. Repeat for 10 minutes, or as long as the recipe tells you the dough should be kneaded.

Well, that's good then because I can EAT a large pepperoni pizza in about 35 seconds ... so you will always have another one ready for me when I finish ...

You missed my point

I know what an automat is/was. They had cooks and staff.

My suggestion was a fully automated restaurant. No employees

If properly designed and maintained no one would have to be there but perhaps once a day to restock.
