Rudy, in his great OAN exposé of all things Ukraine (Part 3) mentioned that the Ukraine prosecutor was attempting to recover $7 billion in Ukrianian taxpayer money that was illegally transferred to a Franklin-Templeton money market account.
Rudy hints, but does not totally connect the dots as yet, that Schiffty Schiff himself was an illegal recipient of some of these funds.
The implications are YUUUUUUGE!! ... especially when all of the recipients are disclosed. (Biden for sure; OBAMA? )
Rudy also makes it clear that some of the PRIMARY WITNESSES for SHITT were COMPLETELY CROOKED, including Ambassador Yovanovitch and George Kent.
Ukraine (also large CF donor) is clearly one of the epicenters of RAT CRIMINALITY.

I’ve watched part III about 3 times trying to zero in on where this $7 billion came from & also the source of reference to Franklin Templeton.
my take now is that both the 7bb & FT references were out of context. imo, they were just stuck in there with no real sauce??
they hopped around a lot between Uke tax dollars & US tax payers being victims of theft/fraud.
They did say Franklin Templeton had deposits in account of Shiff.
they did say Burisma was acting as a money laundry.
they dropped Morgan Stanley into the drama.
They implied devon archer & rosemont seneca benefitted from the laundry
former Uke Prosecutor General testified he sent a letter (he has copies) that questioned the 7bb to US Ambassoador Yovonavich & she never responded.
it went on that matters like that were to be taken up with NABU (National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine - iirc). This was the investigative enforcement agencey to “end corruption in Ukraine”
interestingly, NABU was drawn up created & administer by one of Schiff’s impeachment witnesses George Kent with US embassy or state dept in UKE

Rudy’s emphasis on money laundering through Burisma makes me think a lot of the $7B and other monies that went out to Franklin Templeton, presumably for distribution to the cabal (including Schitt, Biden, Obama et al.) originated from American taxpayers.
NABU (National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine) is a joint venture of U.S. State Dept. and Soros. It is, of course, the OPPOSITE of its name.
The dyke, Yovanovitch, and Kent, and the whole U.S. State Dept apparatus in Ukraine (and evidently a lot of other places) are under the thumb of Soros.
Q of course has often indicated that Soros is not spending his own money. I think Ukraine will turn out to illustrate how the con works.
I don’t know if Joe Biden is simply as stupid as he sometimes looks; or, if he was just desperate to park his f^^k-up son, Hunter, somewhere far away from the USA. thanks for posting...the entire DC establishment for DECADES has been laundering “foreign aid” into offshore bank accounts and back into DC and their own pockets-involving Senators, Congresscritters..and ENTIRE Federal departments (State Dept for starters) ....and flipping us the bird when anyone tries to even turn over the rocks they’re hiding under
