Well Mr. Nick Schager, if it wasn’t the FBI and the MSM that screwed Mr. Jewell, perhaps you can tell us who did?
Can’t wait to see this...it will be a great lesson for younger people.
It’s a documentary by Adam Corrola and Dennis Prager about the continuing loss of the first amendment.
I am dying to see it. But will probably wait until it reaches Netflix.
Translation: “How dare anyone call out the media!”
Consider “Knives Out” as well.
Saw it with the family (we are all adults) last weekend. It is a “Who Dun It” comedy with a lot of A-list stars. Very little “bad language” as I recall.
The only “political” angle that could possibly be pointed to is that the nurse at the center of the action is a Latina (US citizen) whose mother is an illegal immigrant from South America. However, there is a running gag in the movie about it and it is also a material fact for some of the character’s motivations.
Fun and a nice break from my standard SciFi/War movie watching. (Not that I am feeling anything but dread about the upcoming Star Wars movie later this month. Well, at least once it drops we will be done with that nonsense for awhile.)
ditto going to love to see which does better at the box office Richard Jewel or bombshell... both being made are political statements.
I knew it was going to be a blockbuster!
Now I gotta take my girlfriend to see it.
My wife and I haven’t been to a movie since Star Wars. We found a gift card from the kids while cleaning up from Thanksgiving and was wondering which film to see. Now we know.
It’s definitely POISONOUS. We wouldn’t want an innocent man to go free now would we.
Now I really want to go see it. I hope it lives up to the Daily Beast’s biased screed pretending to be a review.
I wonder how this jackass reviewed the democrat fantasy movie “Truth” or any of Michael Moore’s docu-diatribes? I am not going to bother to look for any of his prior reviews, because I don’t want to give his garbage any additional traffic. I am convinced that a lot of the blatantly partisan crap that the lamestream media dumps on the interweb these days is intended as nothing more than click bait.
The Centennial Park Olympic bombing occurred on July 27, 1996, just 10 days after the downing of TWA 800. This was an attack on the credibility of Bill Clinton's presidency just 3 months before the election.
Clinton's CIA had already pushed aside the FBI's investigation of the TWA 800 crash, substitution their "zoom climb" video in place of the FBI's missile streak eye-witness reports.
Ten days later, Clinton's FBI needed to find a suspect or else doubts would arise over Clinton's ability to keep the Olympics safe, as well as the country. It was also a threat to supporting the claim that Democrats are soft on defense and weak on policing. They needed a perp, fast, and Jewell was it, or Clinton's reelection chances were in doubt.
We know that Clinton was reelected, that Jewell was eventually cleared, that four years later Clinton's weakness would emerge in the 9/11 bombing that was planned during his last year in office, that the FBI would cover for Hillary in Benghazi, would cover for her illegal email server, cover for her election loss, and would cover for the Obama era abuses of power.
If there were to be a flash-point for when the FBI turned to the dark side, it was the case of Richard Jewell.

You will never find a group with thinner skin than the fraternity of journalists. Any attack on them (regardless how justified) is perceived by them as attacks on the first amendment. Their worldview is that they are independent observers above reproach and impervious to laws.
Therefore, when the media is seen as being one of the monsters, they will, in goosestep, furrow their brows, stiffen their spines and attack the makers of this “fraud”.
The Han Solo box office bomb pretty much killed Disney’s plans to milk the Star Wars franchise to its fullest by churning out multiple Star Wars related movies year after year (i.e., re-branding every science fiction B movie that they produce as a Star Wars universe movie).
Now I think they are just hoping to make enough off of the next movie to come close to breaking even on what Disney overpaid for the franchise, without completely destroying any remaining value that the franchise still has.
He died several years ago. I doubt the stress he was put under was beneficial to his health even with the financial settlement.
Exactly.
The FBI and media were all in on Jewell’s guilt. They destroyed an innocent man’s life. Merely pointing that out doesn’t make the story pro-Trump, it’s just relating the facts.
IMHO, He should have received a bigger settlement.
