Depends on who you are talking to. I'm serious. LOOK..laws have been broken over and over ..FISA...the list is long....BUT is doesn't matter as we have seen...it only matters if something is actually done. Laws are only laws if they're upheld. The House did not give Due Process....they broke the law. But then the question is...has our President been impeached? I can only answer in two ways...1.Under the constitution and its laws...the impeachment is unlawful. ....2. According to the House passing impeachment...YES the process itself is impeachment. This process is without a JURY. ...SO technically as an American citizen...may I say OLD American citizen....I hope to God...(who give us our rights) I would have the constitutional right of due process by a jury before I was charged with a crime.

Thanks. Just listened to it twice. I’m certain MM had some constitutional lawyers/staff review the speech. He seemed to hit on every point with fact and precision. Not saying he’s not smart enough to do it by himself but it showed an intense knowledge of history mixed in with the modern events of past three years that one usually finds with group think or individual extremely knowledgable of the subject area.
