Doesn’t he have the same rights as any other citizen? I'm sure he has a lot of say in how it goes, but ultimately, he doesn't run the show. I don't know why Graham would say he doesn't want a trial before the impeachment vote. Maybe some Dims wouldn't vote if they thought the whisleblower & Bidens would be calledifficult & it would be a long trial to make all the Dims look bad.
