Took the last cookies out of the oven. Took my time this year. With the car and dog treats ended up with 24 batches of goodies. Some of the recipes make 6-8 dozen. And then their are macaroons that only make a dozen at a time. Made three batches of those. My friends call them “Angel cookies”. They are so light and heavenly.

Added more clear curtain to the right side of the stray's sleeping area. The wind chill is in the teens today and the wind comes through the desk area as a whirlwind at times so I added more of a clear protection. She's been roaming all day until a few minutes ago. In to get warm now. Can't take a pic because she will come out. Still trying to send your sweet fur ball to my e-mail. Cell keeps locking up. About to throw it outside in the street.

Yes, for the first time the other night. It breaks my heart. She would have to go to the vets before she can come into our house of three cats. That's always been our rule. Waiting for my husband to break down. Waiting...waiting...waiting...he's usually a big softy..
