Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

My take is what Q says: These people are stupid.
And sick. And evil.
I think because of movies with evil genius bad guys, there’s the idea that evil people are smart. Most are not, most are outright stupid. If not born stupid, their evil blinds them so they become stupid.
I stayed out of this one until now.
But hypocrisy is hypocrisy, what is sauce for fruitflies should be sauce for unborn humans, and if one opinion is allowed to be stated, so should opinions that oppose that opinion.
I spoke about the sin of homosexuality and a friend had a friend who was a wonderful person, but was homosexual! Why, they even asked God to take away their desires if it was wrong...which God didn’t do, so it must be OK.
I spoke about how dreamers needed to get their citizenship in order or get deported..and my boss points out.,well “so and so is a dreamer”. (Meaning, someone I like is a dreamer, so I should change my views accordingly)
And abortion? If you know someone, or are someone who has had an abortion.....well, it ain’t murder if I or someone I love has done it.

Since you asked, here is what I think:
1) Prosecuting RATs, especially top officials of Obama administration is HARD, because the majority of government employees and the surrounding apparatus of lobbyists, lawyers and media will RESIST, not to mention the D.C. jury pool.
2) President Trump would have a WON GAME if the election were held today ... but if we get to November 2020 without movement on the counter-attack, some of his support might actually begin to erode. There are some who will think he is part of the DS ... others will simply lose heart.
3) Trump believes in the Rule of Law, and he and Barr know that prosecutions are required to begin to restore it.
4) Finally, note that one-by-one the defenses of the DS are crumbling: SCOTUS questions, Mueller, 25th amendment, Ryan/WH-cabinet moles, impeachment, the media(!).
5) Once the indictments hit (assuming that happens) all of the oxygen will be sucked out of the rest of Trump's message--great economy, America first foreign policy, progress on the wall, great improvements in trade, saving America from climate fascists and Paris surrender ... EVERYTHING. Maybe even the ability to confirm a replacement for RBG if she kicks the bucket.
6) So, our side is getting stronger every day. THERE IS GREAT RISK IN ACTING; HOWEVER, WE MUST ACT SOON.
7) It would be easier to wait until after the 2020 election; BUT, I believe POTUS is too great a leader, too much a straight-shooter with the American People, to wait that long. He wants us to know where he stands, and vote accordingly.
BOTTOM LINE: Maybe right after impeachment is stuffed by the Senate.
One thing about the DS families they are so inbred that intelligence suffers. The royal family in England is a sad example to me.

Sorry to hear it, been mostly a pass here except for the wind.
I appreciate you laying out your speculation.
My instinct is that action must be taken very soon, or it will be derided even more as a campaign stunt.
But in the end, you have to eventually prosecute miscreants. Otherwise, the DS will simple keep extending its tentacles and complete the strangulation of the citizenry.
Of course, my feelings are irrelevant, and should be. I observe carefully but don’t have all the information/knowledge required to make these decisions.
When it comes to politics, I vote and then react as needed, when needed. It’s worked for 50+ years, hope it continues to be enough.

He makes the point that he (Rudy) has prosecuted over 20 bribery cases, and has never seen a more on-point CONFESSION of the CRIME OF BRIBERY that Biden’s videotaped bragging.
