OK, well now I’ve got three movies on my list to see.
Midway (despite Harrelson), Ford vs. Ferrari (despite Damon), and now this.
All of these on top of Joker, which was excellent.
I will add that my avoidance of Harrelson and Damon has nothing to do with their politics, just that I think they’re lame actors.

I thought that movie was going to cause mass shootings everywhere. Guess not.
Another movie to consider is “The Good Liar”. A fun cat-and-mouse game between Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen. Although the Mirren “reveal” at the end was a little too SJW for most FReepers, it didn’t take much away from the rest of the movie, I thought.
“Ford vs. Ferrari (despite Damon),”
Someone I know saw that and said he was on the edge of his seat for much of the movie. He’s not a Matt Damon fan either, but the guy is a good actor and my friend said he and Christian Bale are both excellent. I think I can get hubby to actually go to that one too!
See: Bloomberg Reviewer Obsessed with Lack of Diversity in 'Ford v Ferrari' for details.
Yes, /sarc.
I concur with you re Damon, but I think Harrelson is talented. His politics are awful but IMO he has talent.
Aside from Dogma, you can replace Damon with Wahlberg in any Movie and it would be a better movie.
Just saw Midway. It was really good.

Harrelson nailed it the Midway movie. He stole the movie with his part of Nimitz. He also did great in the movie, No Country for Old Men. Oh and Zombieland-loved that also.
Your list is identical to mine. I haven’t been to a movie in a couple of years.
Yup.
I normally see about two movies a year.
I have or will see the four movies that you just mentioned all in a span of a few weeks.
I hadn’t been to a movie in years but I did go to see Midway...
I thought it was well done...
