He acts, looks and sounds like an individual with Dementia. There’s been three in my family who have suffered this. He shows all the markings I saw and heard in them. If true then those over seeing his campaign etc. are being cruel by exposing him publicly this way.

I also believe he is showing signs of dementia; but to me it is not Alzheimer's.
If I was Alzheimer's, he would be asking and repeating the same question over and over again in a short period of time.

I’m open to the possibility that Biden thought he was in a “theater in the round” environment, whereby if he can see a monitor with people who appear to be watching him then that means they can see him.
I certainly have no information that would rule that out.
