The video would be more meaningful if it depicted the instant when Biden's behavior first became questionable and when he recovered from it. Did somebody whisper in his ear that he was talking to an inanimate object?

Does anyone have a more length video that would help put it into context?

I’m open to the possibility that Biden thought he was in a “theater in the round” environment, whereby if he can see a monitor with people who appear to be watching him then that means they can see him.

I certainly have no information that would rule that out.
