From your perspective, was Bevin so disliked that R’s crossed over to vote Dim for governor & then voted R for the rest of the ticket?

That's what it looks like.
Compare these vote counts for Governor, Attorney General and Agriculture Commissioner.
About 1.4 million votes were cast in the 3 elections but Bevin pulled about 115,000 fewer votes than the other two.
