Yep

I take 100 regular metoprolol daily

When my pvc rate is over a few a minute I take up to 300 mg a day

I barely notice

Doesn’t stop me from sex but I know some guys hate it for that

I’ve had arrhythmia since 1983

Tried corgard

Now that was wicked...strong stuff

They have new less side affects beta blockers I’ve read about

Metoprolol. And lisinopril are all I take for my cardiac crap

I had several very bad episodes including arrhythmia, tachycardia and wild BP swings. Got it straightened out with herbs. Not everyone wants to go that route, but I did. A few of the episodes I thought I would not pull through.

I am much better now. Learned I also have to avoid getting personally involved in other peoples’ dramas... and not focus on my own, either. Attitude of Gratitude is a huge plus.

I take Potassium and Magnesium and vitamin D and it seems to be the most important things I take (I feel the difference)

I use mostly Ayurvedic herbs as that is my field of study, and make my own formulas. Proportions and specific herbs can be slightly different with a person’s health situation. But primary herb is Arjuna, which is an amazing herb for the heart. I did start a Natural Health thread a while ago and there may be info there, I haven’t posted to it in a couple of months but really want to get back to it.

Hope I could pray for Laz but in the last two months I have prayed for 3 people. All of them died. So I’ll just wish him all the best and save my prayers for the Democrats. Wish I was joking but fate isn’t allowing that.
