If you look on the ingredients lists on all kinds of ‘foods’ they put it in everything!....................
The old people knew long ago and told us how to eat and drink.
“All things in moderation.”
My neighbor’s son raises chickens out in the country and brings us farm fresh eggs all the time.
STORE BOUGHT EGGS ARE GARBAGE......................
Eggs are good. Flip flopping studies are bad.
My sister has eaten two eggs a day for breakfast for over 10 years. Her blood work is outstanding. Her doctor decided her bloodwork was proof her bad eating wasn’t really so bad.
I eat about 6 eggs a week. Maybe more. My blood work is fine. And I notice the “evidence” doesn’t include anything as simple as “We fed 1,000 people 3 eggs a day for 2 years and the cholesterol went thru the roof”. If eggs really ARE bad for you, the test would be child’s play. But instead, we hear, “Eating eggs is correlated to....”
I’ll take eggs over simple carbs any time.
Who is paying for the research?
You're lucky. My wife and I have to go to the farmer's market to get some. It is hard to describe the difference between fresh and store-bought. The fresh eggs just taste...fresh. Yes, fresh is a flavor.
I usually do three eggs, three slices of bacon, sautéed onions and mushrooms, a couple slices of cheese, and an avocado or some other fruit or veggie. Plus coffee with cream. Occasionally I’ll do a slice of buttered Ezekiel bread but in general I try to steer clear of starchy carbs. I would describe my overall approach as moderate low carb. It’s worked pretty well — I’ve been doing it for about four years and have gradually lost about 30 pounds. At this point I’m within a few pounds of my college weight and feel really healthy. I should add that I eat a lot of fermented foods — kimchi, kraut, whole milk plain yogurt.
Be wary of any life insurance policies she wants you to sign.
Looks soft boiled.
Yuck!......................I prefer them separate...............
Now if I can get rid of this nagging 40 lbs around my gut........
My two most important lessons in life...
1. “My goal is to live forever....so far, so good.”
2. I wish, when I was first born, the first thing I said was “Quote” so the last thing I said before I died would be “Unquote.

His eggs have deep, dark, rich yellows.
Store bought eggs pale by comparison................
They established that eating cholesterol doesn’t create cholesterol in your blood. They go back and forth all the time. Everything the gov tells you is shoddy “consensus” science at best and a known lie meant to benefit someone who gave them money at worst. I will continue to follow George Carlin’s advice and never believe anything they tell me. The cafeteria at my work sells me a nice 3 egg spinach, mushroom, peppers, onion, bacon, sausage, and ham omelette for $4.80 and I will continue to buy them.
the Egg Board?................
Skip the saltines! Those things will kill ya!.....................
And where do you want me to hold it?
