The report from 09/30/2019 - last night - "Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community’s Statement on Processing of Whistleblower Complaints" pretty much confirmed what we are seeing.

My question was in response to what you had posted which was from that report.

If it wasn't in the statute in the first place, why was it on the old form and when did it get there?

I don't expect you to know...it was asked in general and it seems like the logical question we now should be asking.

I don’t know the answer that why I said check with a lawyer. A constitutional lawyer. They specialize in understanding in the area.
The entire fiasco is being manipulated because it has not been adjudicated and the RATs can say it means anything they want it to.

I do not think we have any lawyers specializing in that area today on FR. We once did. So as I said turn it over to the lawyers Derkowitz is one but he’s too involved with Dems and their corruption. You’ll have to research a retired conservative constitutional judge/lawyer to probably get an answer.
