Altering forms after the fact is illegal. It has to done at the point of signing and it would need the whistleblower’s initials and date. This is assuming that this is allowed on this type of form which I doubt.

Shem Horne It's going to be a spooky October for the deep state with the news that AG Barr and Durham have been flying all over the world and talking to the countries that helped the Obama Administration spy on the Trump campaign.

IRW... Serious question. If these countries were complicit in doing the bidding of Obama administration, why wouldn’t they try to hide their roles...at the very least to avoid international embarrassment? How can Barr, et al trust them now? Help me not to be skeptical.

A lot of reasons. These countries all have new leaders that want to distance themselves from what their old leaders did in 2016, AG Barr already knows almost everything that happened, they want to be on Americas good side and not make Trump mad, etc.
