Biggest reason I'm feeling better is that our plow truck is out of the shop and ready for duty before the next bloody snowstorm.

(I blame myself for not getting the thing in the shop right after 7/4, as per usual practice. We've had some fairly serious snow up here(elev 6500) in August and even a few times in late July. Certainly raises cain with our tourists....)

Yep, it always pays to be prepared.

The night youngest graduated from school we had a blizzard.

It was the end of May so no one even thought it possible.

Moved everything inside, limited seating, no getting off bleachers to take pictures.

Electricity went out half way through, thank goodness for generators.

However when we got home we couldn’t get into house as we have an electric garage opener and we didn’t have a house key to front door.

But our daughter did so we drove over to their house and retrieved it.

We all have house keys now.
