It’s very nice. But the people who actually LIVED in it made it that way.
You can $buy$ all sorts of things; but you have to create a real home from something other than money.
If I could afford it, I would only spend a million dollars on a state of the art house on the shore of Lake Michigan........Not over looking some damn degenerate city such as New York.......

I’m guessing she got the place 20 years ago for two to four to five million, or so, and now is trying to cash in big, figuring time and her name make it worth $50 million. And she might be right - but only about the time part!
Bought for $3.5 mil in ‘96. It’s a rooftop triplex where single apartments sell for $20 mil.
I assumed she was commie lib but now I know. I never cared for her singing either.

Nobody needs a place that big. Seems she needs to pay her fair share.
