If I could afford it, I would only spend a million dollars on a state of the art house on the shore of Lake Michigan........Not over looking some damn degenerate city such as New York.......
Any place is as good to live as your attitude toward it is.
There are a lot of good people living in NYC - it’s their home, and they love it; and it would be much worse if all the good people left.
