When I quit watching the live feed last night they were still looking for a second person that they were NOT even sure existed. Do you know if they found a second person or decided there wasn’t one. They said the killed the one murderer.

One problem is if someone getting benefits starts working and making a little money, the benefits get cut so much they are worse off. The benefits should be cut gradually as they make more money. As a taxpayer, I would rather help someone pay half their rent if they are working than all of it if they do nothing.

Exactly Also the education of so many is lacking. Trade schools and industry that will train employees (like Ivanka is promoting) is the answer for these communities.
When the riots happened there was talk of establishing local trade schools —teaching young men how to repair the homes and then having give away to those who have earned them. Iirc. The cities refused to let go of the houses to be used
