NYPD Chief: We’re going to arrest the people who dumped water on our cops.

According to the letter, cops may charge the offenders with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, third-degree criminal tampering, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. If their equipment is damaged, they can also charge the suspect with criminal mischief.

The letter clarified that charges such as harassment and disorderly conduct can’t be applied when someone is spewing “offensive or derisive speech” at police.

My pen-pal made the comment, she didn't know why I liked Boris when he said President Trump was ignorant. It was when our President went back at the mayor. I am also seeing lot of military activity around my home. NASA runway is very busy with Military Cargo and Helicopters. Planes are coming late evening. Either President is going to visit of something else is going. NASA Runway is walking distance from my home. All plane had to fly over my home for runway.

Turkmenistan does not sound fun. My Dil is from Kyrgyzstan. My son visited her family there after they married. Says it’s a good place to be from. My other son almost took a job in Saudi after retiring from AF just because the money was so good. I think he made the right decision. Found a job at the VA instead.
