There are a vanishingly small number of trans gender individuals in society so why is our entire political class, media members, academics, judges in justice system and leaders of corporate America ramming this issue down the throats of the American people, most of whom either oppose or could care less
It’s because asserting that you have the ability to “define” yourself, regardless of your created nature, is the ultimate rejection of God and the whole concept of created nature. This theory also nullifies the rights pertaining to you as a human being, that is, the natural rights of man, and you become entirely a “unit” at the disposal of the state. In addition, having the state force everyone else to accept this complete denial of visible, physical reality gives the state huge power.
So its importance is philosophical or metaphysical. Once we have divorced ourselves from physical reality and are forced to say that black is white, we are totally the property of the state, which steps into the place formerly held by God.
Virtue signaling, or “I’m just like you! Don’t hurt me!”, can easily become “I’m just like you but they aren’t ... let’s get them!” would be my guess.
These people ... one day they’ll be more afraid of the Islamophobia label than the Homophobia label and they’ll start throwing poofters from the rooftops too ... after beheading us bad Christians first of course.
Interesting that I have been contacted by people from the left who are just overwhelmingly rejecting the trans issues and are looking closely at their beliefs and the right.
I think there is a very small chance that one can actually be “transgender”. However, the huge increase of teens and young adults that have gender dysphoria indicates that most of it today is a cultural thing, a social contagion. Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD).
The increase in boys going to clinics is up something like 400% in the last ten years. For girls (wanting to be boys) it is up 4,500%!! (Similar to other hysterias such as anorexia and cutting.)
