Sounds to me like a “school” that the rich send their idiot children to, to give them a sham education. Reminds me of another such place among the mansions in Rhode Island, Salve Regina University.
I'd love to take the project on, to be truthful. New faculty, new administrative staff, new student body, new curricula. No Studies programs, intercollegiate athletics, or "Remedial" anything. The words "Social", "Intersectional", "Hate Speech", and "Sustainable" banned from campus.

Probably one of the top schools in the country for a 4 year degree in keeping snow from melting on the ski slope.
Blame Global Warming for the school's failure.
So, if you were going to go for the “Self-Designed Major”, what would you be studying?
“What the hell is “Public Philosophy,” anyway?”
Must be the degree held by Comicus, the famous stand-up philosopher.
Essentially, nothing that would get someone a real job or grad school upon graduation.
It was a sweet little college for the monied not very bright.
Resort Management?
About the only interesting studies at that college. Sustainable Business? What is that?!?!
