Horowitz’s report on the FISA abuses by Obama’s DOJ and FBI has been delayed and according to reports the delays are due to more witnesses coming forward since Barr appointed US Attorney John Durham to lead a separate investigation into the origins of Spygate.
Fox News previously confirmed that John Durham is working directly with Inspector General Michael Horowitz on looking at the FISA abuses.
Fox News’ Catherine Herridge reported Friday that according to sources, at least one witness outside of the DOJ and FBI has just begun cooperating.

Somebody turned snitch who had previously been uncooperative. And that somebody was not in the DOJ or the FBI. White House? A foriegn player? Something else? State Department? Weiner? Huma? TBD.
Note the phrase "at least one" witness... More than one?
Chances are this is a juicy witness that will lead to others up the food-chain. It sounds like well worth the delay in the report. If your patience can handle it, O my brothers, let's hunker down and let our boys do their work. It sounds like the derp wall is crumbling.

Sources familiar with the matter said at least one witness outside the Justice Department and FBI started cooperating -- a breakthrough that came after Attorney General William Barr ordered U.S. Attorney John Durham to lead a separate investigation into the origins of the bureau’s 2016 Russia case that laid the foundation for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.
Again, AT LEAST ONE witness OUTSIDE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND FBI "started cooperating".
The FISA report was gonna be good. It just got better. We'll just have to wait a little longer for it. It's also likely that this witness testimony will lead to other witnesses.
What we do know, is that Barr, Durham, and Horowitz are turning the screws and taking this investigation seriously, despite what you may hear beyond the trees.

While the “reluctant witness” is not specifically identified by Herridge in her reporting, as you can see above there is enough background material to identify it is likely former State Department official Kathleen Kavalec.
Kathleen Kavalec was the Deputy Assistant Secretary – Department of State, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, serving under Victoria Nuland and covered Russia as part of her State Dept. duties. Kavalec was contacted by Christopher Steele prior to the FISA application on Carter Page being sought by the FBI and DOJ. Kavalic wrote a series of notes and emails to the FBI undercutting the dossier central claims made by Steele.

An Iranian former commander has said the country should seize a British oil tanker unless an Iranian ship detained by the Royal Marines is released, the country’s former Revolutionary Guards commander said on Friday.
Mohsen Rezaee said on Twitter that Iran’s “duty” was to act alike, and seize a British oil tanker, unless Iran’s ship was released immediately.
British Royal Marines detained an oil tanker in Gibraltar suspected of carrying oil to Syria in violation of EU sanctions on Thursday – a dramatic step that could escalate confrontation between the West and Iran.
The Royal Marines abseiled onto the Grace 1 tanker on Thursday and landed a helicopter on the moving vessel in pitch darkness.
Tehran has already summoned the British ambassador to voice “its very strong objection to the illegal and unacceptable seizure” of its ship.
The country has also accused Britain of acting at the bidding of the United States.
Two things are possible here. One, the UK is still behaving derpishly and, along with the EU, surreptiously backing Iran, or they have been flipped by the Donald and are now acting as they should, in coordination with NATO and their American "ally" efforts.

One possible reason: The interdiction of Iranian oil is now essentially complete, now that the Euros have their noses out of joint over the Iranian uranium thingy.
This is a YUUUUUGE impact on their economy. They cannot survive under these conditions.
This reminds me of the run-up to WWII, when the U.S. and U.K. successfully interdicted oil and other raw materials from entering Japan.

At this point, the Oracle must interject. Iran cannot truly strike at the west militarily other than through terrorist activity or attacking our assets in the region, in my opinion. They can, however, strike at their enemies Saudi Arabia and ISRAEL. If they jump, I expect them to jump that way.

Again, if transparency in conduct of the DOJ and FBI during 2016 is the expressed goal of Attorney General Bill Barr, then his current department fighting to keep descriptions of FBI memorandum hidden from public review runs exactly counter to that intent.
This DOJ activity does not bode well for a narrative of Bill Barr is an honest broker. This is an example of how to cover-up material that is damaging to the institution.

Making evidence public before investigations are finished is the wrong way to go about this. Sundance is too “smart” for his own good at times. A lot of the time. If Barr is bad, that means Trump is stupid. And Barr is not bad, and Trump is not stupid. I used to read TCTH a lot, but those days are gone. Takes a lot of time to separate useful facts from Sundance’s swelled pride based opinion.

A 7.1 earthquake struck the area of Ridgecrest southern California. Yesterday the very same area suffered a 6.4 temblor with a series of aftershocks lasting hours.
