Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

Thank Goodness. Because when you said the lab said sepsis last night, I got to thinking about my Mom one time didn’t feel good, running a fever, i finally drove her in to the ER and just that suddenly her fever spiked and she was at like 104. They thought she was going to die but she didn’t.
Japan was DESPERATE (like Iran today). 6 months later they tried the Hail Mary of attacking Pearl Harbor.

It does sound like PCP, except for the eyes. But it also sounds like other things of a more spiritual nature I’m somewhat familiar with (but not too familiar!). It behooves us to keep our eyes and ears open. Just sayin’.

I am quite sure the President's goal is regime change in Iran; but, regardless, they will not be allowed to have nukes.
If we can get the Euros to help keep up the pressure, then I believe these goals can be achieved with limited military action.
Of course we know the approach of limited military force has its own pitfalls (as in Vietnam); but, in this case, Iran, I think it might succeed because of the crushing economic stranglehold we currently have on them.
If any Euros or Russians or Chinese or whatever manage to circumvent the sanctions, then THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CERTAIN ESCALATION OF THE WAR.
That would do it. Amazing story! Mine was taken out about three years ago, necrotic tissue as you say. I did wonder about my appendix, but there wasn't really any noticeable symptoms for that. I pushed diverticulitis since there were mild symptoms and I wanted antibiotic coming in to a long holiday weekend, presumed my Dr's office would be closed... it was open today. My son drove me there and we worked some things out... some mistakes had been made in a few places.
There is still some cause to take the antibiotics and the Dr added an antiviral.
