Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I am wondering if we should take a look at Mark David Chapman as being a MK Ultra victim. This now opens a whole new can of stuff for me.
It was the original album cover for "Yesterday and Today." When the studio released it, there was a huge backlash, the original album covers were pulled, and it was replaced with a stock publicity photo:

It was a pretty big deal at the time. If anyone has a copy of the original album with the decapitated baby doll cover, it'w worth over $100,000.
I had pretty much forgotten about it until I saw some of the art Clare Bronfman and Gloria Vanderbilt collected. The work is too similar for it to be a coincidence.
I always wanted to change my party affiliation to RAT on my death bed, cause it’s better that a Democrat dies, than a good conservative.
Then somebody reminded me I will then be voting Democrat for the rest of my death....
