Her babies are so young, I’m surprised that she has stayed this long. She will be difficult to replace. BUT as POTUS said she would make a terrific governor! Our best to you Sarah. All the more important that you were able to spend time with the Queen . What a farewell tour!

Pituitary Tumor. My endocrine problems (including the ovarian cyst removed years ago) are all because of tumor. It also causes double vision, dry eyes sometimes and decreases side vision.
