NEW: DOJ says it will fulfill Judge Emmet Sullivan's order by hand delivering today the redacted Mueller report. It can't do it electronically due to size constraints. An unredacted version of the report related to Michael Flynn's portions is also due to Sullivan by May 31.

You thought you were kidding. The filing says that the the Case Management Electronic Case Files System ("CM/ECF") only accepts attachments up to 35MB. You don't have to use CM/ECF to transmit the redacted report, but what kind of system is this?
