If you don’t know what an Angel Flight is, this explains it. They bring home our Fallen, this song had me in tears. To all the brothers and sisters who have given the ultimate sacrifice, and to all those families left with an empty spot at the table, this is for you.

Preaident Trump began his speech by proclaiming, “Happy Memorial Day...”

Says it has been a “teemendous couple of days” and the first lady and I are “very honored” to be here.

“I feel very safe on this,” he said of the ship.

“And I’m honored to be with my friend the P m” and Mrs. Abe and Japanese self defense and U.S. forcres.

Says the emperoe and empress arw “very, very special people” and they are “going to do a tremendous job” and make Japan proud.

“All Americans stand with the people of Japan and the victims and grieve with their families.”

He talked about the start of the Reiwa era and the alliance between Japan and the U.S., which he called an “incredible partnership.”

Claimed again that Japan is buying 105 F-35s and said this ship will soon be outfitted to carry the stealth fighters, which will help the countries face threats in this region and “far beyond.”

Speaking before Trump, the PM said, “I pay my tribute to you as a great commandernin chief.”

He mentioned and “increasingly severe environment” in the region.

LIVE: President Trump Memorial Day Speech to US Military Aboard the USS WASP in Japan

Interesting—this is the new KAGA.

We sunk its predecessor in June 1942 in the Battle of Midway. It was an aircraft carrier.

Japan sunk the original USS Wasp, an aircraft carrier,CV-7, in Sept. 1942.

The wreck of the Kaga was discovered in 1999; the wreck of the Wasp, in 2019.

Both names live on in their respective navies.

Marine One stood ready for POTUS’s arrival. POTUS had already boarded the chopper when the pool pulled in (your pooler has yet to catch a glimpse of POTUS or the First Lady today).....I’m having a hard time getting a signal, now that the they have arrived. I’ll send background information in a later pool report.

Now this is GOOD!...LOL Until they can give our President respect...I hope this continues. To H#LL with them.
