Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

I read the Cates thread on neonrevolt. But yes, I do believe the media is now being set up as having violated the law regarding the failure to register as foreign agents. They have been paid by foreign governments and entities to tout the foreigner’s position and propaganda.
This will do two things:
1. The individuals who did not register/ and prostituted themselves to spread foreign propaganda are subject to real legal consequences of jail/fines/ etc.
2. The foreign money which has been flowing into the MSM organizations and propping them up will now be cut off. Hence we will at last see the collapse of those very enemedia operations.

Oh I forgot to add, if we expand our thinking to include the 16-year plan to take down this republic, this act was to be one of the cabal's tools to help carry this out.
It's just Candidate Trump got in the way and regardless of whether this act came along or not, they would still have attacked him with propaganda, lies, and falsehoods. It's just they can get away with it now because this corrupt legislation was already in place. So many reasons to be thankful Candidate/President Trump came along.
