Polling data from Georgetown University shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans believe a civil war is coming down the pike — and most people aren’t actually willing to make the changes necessary to stop it. Across the board, Americans are doubling down on their political values and are refusing to compromise on the issues tearing the country apart.

I was stationed in Panama in the 90s. At that time Venezuela was a First World Country. Not kidding. The wealthy Panamanian doctors I worked with took their wives on shopping trips there. They used to try to get me to go. They talked about malls with stores where the metal on the glass fronts was literally gold plated. Then Chavez.
I am sure Fox was in there too. It is equally unwatchable. Fox Biz is an island of sanity.

This Civil War will begin with Snipers taking out the Fascists and the “authorities” going House to House looking for Firearms.

I think with the release of the Mueller report we can now take a breath. The US did almost come to civil war. What those outside of the US don’t realize is how close we came to the end of a world order that has lasted since the end of WWI.
World economic stability in the West is based on trust and based on the strength and justice of the American nation. That was on the verge of collapsing.
Celinda Lake, of Lake Research Partners, says that 86 percent of voters surveyed said that finding common ground should be a goal for politicians — yet 79 percent also said they were tired of leaders who compromised on their values, and instead want someone who stands up to the other side.
The problem is that "common ground" is very, very scarce. liberals say "give up your guns". Conservatives say "repeal the second amendment, if you can, first".
Liberals say "Abortion is sacrosanct - but don't think about the death penalty!" Conservatives say "The unborn child has committed not crime, but the murderer has forfeit his right to life."
Liberals say "You cannot speak, because I deem your speech offensive!" Conservatives say "The first amendment protects speech you find offensive, by design."
There is no common ground - only totalitarian rule versus constitutional principle.
I personally lost all my guns in a boating accident, so I wouldn’t be able to do anything.
