Chris Wray recommended Sally Yates to DOJ. Sally Yates and Wray were law partners at the same Atlanta law firm where he made $9.2 million. I can't understand why he was nominated by the President. Has there been any reform under Wray? I may be wrong but he seems worthless to me.

I’m not buying Comey as a good guy.
I think he told Trump about the Dossier in an effort to trap him and Gage his reaction.

Comey is dirty - no doubt about it.

IMHO - This act was also a bit of CYA for him too.

These arrogant fatherless mutts think they are so much smarter than everyone else.
But their arrogance breeds overconfidence and causes them to overdo just about everything.

Has there been any reform under Wray? I may be wrong but he seems worthless to me.

I have to agree 100%. Last time I heard him speak - after the first IG Report, about the only thing he said was he was going to write new policies for the FBI, which seemed like a very weak response.

Such as it was, have we heard about any new policies & procedures? Have we heard about any reforms to clean up the FBI? Maybe he is working in stealth mode.

Politicians in Congress make the laws but leave loopholes for themselves that you could drive a freight train through.

They don't get to be millionaires on a government salary by being honest.

I’m watching the Biden speech from the Teamster’s Temple in Pittsburgh, PA.

Thoughts are;

Painful.
Embarrassing.
Predictable.
Stereotypical.
Uncharismatic.
Tragic.
Forced.

Wincing.

I’ve been to similar union organized political events, purely out of obligation, and this one is just as painful as every one of them was- that I ever attended. It’s epically sad. I’m bailing out and switching to the weather channel.

Now he’s complaining about the deficit. Well under his leadership the deficit increased more under him then any other President since we became a Country.

It says tariffs on China steel is acceptable, but not on Mexico’s and Canada’s. But China dumps steel in those countries and we end up with it.
