I wish you could see out my window. My husband put up several bird feeders. There must be 100 yellow orioles out there right now along with some squirrels. There are so many of them, it makes me dizzy looking at them. A turkey just walked by a moment ago.
These are the varieties I’ve seen this morning...
multiple cardinals, blue jays, 3 ruby breasted sapsuckers, 2 mourning doves, 1 cowbird, 2 indigo bunting, a couple of white breasted nuthatches, several varieties of woodpeckers, and of course the little sparrows.
It’s going to cost a fortune keeping them all happy.
A crow just swooped down on one of the orioles and took it away. So sad.

Birds are so fun to watch. We have red headed woodpeckers this year. Our first time. Our problem is when a hawk is in the neighborhood. Birds yell very loud when they are around...especially robins.

My cousin that lives near you was just talking about the news they listen to. I told her that the most reliable accurate station was OANN Am I going to get in trouble She has never been very political but grew up near me. Is just beginning to pay attention.
