I agree with everything you sad but I think it was more Andrew Weissmann’s report, understand he ran everything.
I think AW wrote the “snitty” letter to Barr.
That’s why when Barr called Mueller he said Barr didn’t portray anything wrong, he had issues with the LSM.
But I think, when all is said and done, Mueller cares what Barr thinks of him.
Mueller is a double edged SNAKE!

OK, so after two years of hard work and each party trying their best to make the other party look as bad as possible, it’s time to get back to business. The Mueller Report strongly stated that there was No Collusion with Russia (of course) and, in fact, they were rebuffed.....

I do not think the President is calling for an end to investigations actually, he is being very cagey as he knows the “investigation of the investigators” is on going.
Maybe he. in his way, is trying to calm down the dims.
But I say let them go crazy, the more they try to sully Barr’s excellent reputation the worse they look.
I am really questioning if NO-Nads will even want Mueller to testify after what he said yesterday.
