I am a baby boomer (born 1950).
I have the impression that most Freepers are baby boomers or older. Am I right?
What generation are you in? When were you born?

I’ve had 3 colonscopies, do the math.
If you are, or ever have been a registered voter in the US, that info, and sometimes your full date of birth (depending on the Counties you've been registered in), is on the web.
If you don't believe me, google your full name - and also your State if you have a name that is really common - and see what I'm talking about.
The first time I ever bought an up-to-date copy of my County's voter DB was in 1997, and it cost me $125 and was on three or four 3.5" floppies. Back then they listed your DOB, and only started redacting birth month & day a few years ago.
At least by '97, they were redacting the SS#'s! In '92 I helped someone who had bought a copy of the local voter DB on a 10.5" reel of tape, get it uploaded to a mini computer and printed to wide fanfold paper, and I saw that SS#s were included in each voter's public record.
"Identity Theft" as we know it today wasn't yet a major issue. Rubber checks & stolen check books were the main fraud problem of the day, and people commonly had their SS# & Driver's License # printed on their checks so they could prove who they were to many suspicious store managers who refused to accept most checks.

Wonder where the old folks have gone—hope they haven’t all surrendered to the young un’s. This great-grandmother was born in 1933. I am one of the original Tony Snow-flakes—hope some of you are still around!
Happy Birthday, bramps! You’re just a youngster!
1998...
Been on the road, visiting family. Just got online, and saw your post. Born in 1947. I was the baby of the family.
