On April 7, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt took the first step toward ending Prohibition and signed a law that allowed people to brew and sell beer, in the United States, as long as it remained below 4.0% alcohol by volume (ABV). Beer drinkers celebrated and were happy to be able to purchase beer again for the first time in thirteen years. National Beer Day is observed annually on April 7th. I used to drink Rolling Rock like my coal miner grandfather, recalling those summer days before A/C sticking my head in the fridge freezer for a moment’s relief, then diving into an ice cold ‘Rock.

Then Anheuser bought them out and moved them from Latrobe to New Jersey. Tastes like dishwater & that opinion is all over the internet.

Coors Light in the silver bullet works for me now.

That looks so good. A Jamaican Black and Tan, Dragon Stout and Red Stripe. With some jerked chicken, with Ackee and saltfish and a side of rice and peas.
