One theory floating around is that the Assange situation is somehow connected to 0vomit’s trip to Germany. And that the Germany trip is some sort of last ditch maneuver.
Anyone have theories or ideas on that?

This looks more like a Nigerian scam than an actual document.
The successor to Union Bank, i.e. "UBS", wouldn't put out such such a trashy looking document as a flyer for a lost dog.
