Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Assuming that a sane person would be planning to assassinate the President (I know, I know! obviously not sane) he wouldn’t be driving at 130 mph which is almost guaranteed to get him stopped by a cop.
I-68 guy: If you’re on a mission like that, why would you drive 130 mph and draw attention to yourself?

I was thinking Julian A as well. I guess I would take Christopher Steel. I believe POTUS has MI5/MI6 over the barrel and they will give up anyone to save face.
Not only that, but he passed the cop doing 130??? The cop did say he was ‘confused and stressed’. Who knows. These certainly are strange times.
That could definitely be the plan. It was two pronged. Comey telling Trump that there was an investigation that involved his campaign and Russia, while Trump has asked RR for a memorandum about Comey and his conduct re: Hillary’s emails. Comey and RR working together as part of a plan. RR says, “sure, Comey was unprofessional in giving a big speech about not prosecuting Hillary and interfering in the campaign in the last week.” Comey then screams to the press that he was fired because of the investigation. Then RR, hearing that, throws up his hands and says, “oh, DOJ can’t investigate that, we need a SC.”
It was all planned. What they didn’t expect was that a prostate exam of Trump would reveal nothing they could use. That man is CLEAN!

I was also thinking JA and not Steele. But your post made me think about this:
Maybe there are even more characters in this play. I doubt that Steele is the only person in the UK with knowledge of the plot! He’s just the only name I have on my radar at the moment.
I expect there must be several people inside the British government and/or intelligence agencies who have been involved.
Do you think all those Q pictures taken in London of LP & PS (or whoever was in them), do you think all those Americans went to London to meet just one person? I’m not ruling that out, because it could be. But a commonsense guess would be that if a bunch of people need to meet in person, then the smaller group would fly to the larger group. Of course that would not be the case if there were something special about the location that made it necessary to be there.
