Finally saw my doctor and we had a long discussion on how to do a maintenance program to get past Spring. We discussed inhalers use and bones...allergy food testing a must. She was very good explaining how my bones work and how the inside of my bones are from Forteo. I wish I had talked to someone like her several years ago.

Some people have a gift of breaking down complicated situations. Doing better already thanks. I'm itching to go out and check on how my flowers did over the winter. I also have plans setting up a flower planting area on my desk.

The story from a rancher on the Rio Grande said once they would stop in and work a day or two and move on. Then it got to today and most steel and do destructive damage. Most living on the border can't leave their teens at home alone any more for fear. Now when they come home in the evenings child must stay in their cars until the adults do a complete search. They live in fear for their children.
