That’s a great idea.

Here is my latest thoughts....(you can see I am really serious about this orange ice cream :) ....

I’ll make a double batch of my usual vanilla ice cream recipe base, then....divide and add orange essential oil, a tiny bit of beet powder and yellow goldenberry powder...to make orange color to one half batch....then slightly freeze each, separately, then pour (together) in my popsicle molds.

Am I boring you, yet?? :-)
