Replying to @MZHemingway A prosecutor is tasked only to see if there is *sufficient evidence* to bring a charge.

It's not the prosecutor's job to find someone innocent or exonerate them. At the end, he either charges or says "I didn't find any/enough evidence", which is exactly what Mueller did.

But then Mueller welshed in his report and punted the decision upstairs on whether or not to charge for obstruction, passing along whatever evidence he says he found to Barr/Rosenstein, who then said "Yeah thanks, but not enough here, no obstruction charge then."
