The photograph of RBG that the New York Times used in their report yesterday about RBG returning to the Supreme Court was actually taken last November. I've still seen no current photo. Too sick to have a picture taken of her? Where is she, actually?

Explain this to me please. Did the article use the November photo as a surrogate current photo as proof she is just fine, and returning to work? If so, that is despicable fake news. It it something worthy of Stalin’s propaganda machine, if that is what they did.

Explain this to me please. Did the article use the November photo as a surrogate current photo as proof she is just fine, and returning to work? YES. The journalistic standard is to say (File Photo) if the photo is not current. The NYT did NOT do this, but actually captioned the photo "R.B.G. returned to the Supreme Court on Friday"

I’m sure they hoped that most would not know this was an old photo...And of course, NYT readers wouldn’t know this...
I don’t know what to call this deal by the liberal media and politicians...It can’t be legal to hold back information such as they are...
