I met a man who specialized in food storage who had visited Zambia. He told me that 70% of the food rots before it gets to market. Better roads, better storage, means more food at less cost.
Instead GND wants to destroy productive assets and productivity, e.g. replace every built structure in the US in a decade (when most built structures have a lifetime of 100 years - or more).
I think it depends on the website.
