Ruthie has so far missed orals from Jan 7 - Jan 17, and an official court spokesman said she worked from home. Nobody in authority is going to call out an official court spokesman. Missing two weeks is not a crisis on the court by hisorical standards.

The court won’t be in session until Feb 17 or so. We’ll see then.
