I am deeply disappointed that the White House has chosen to re-nominate Daniel Collins and Kenneth Lee to the Ninth Circuit. We made clear our opposition to these individuals and told the White House we wanted to work together to come to consensus on a new package of nominees.

Dianne Feinstein is the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee and her legacy is going to be that she let Trump flip the historically liberal Ninth Circuit on her watch.

Thank you. The budget part is concerning me. I figure our president will get the wall, one way or another. Just wondering what monstrosity of a budget we will then be stuck with. I can see the dems getting every awful thing they want with the added bonus that they can claim that they succeeded in resisting passing funding for the wall.

Or, is there political will to shut down again if the budget is objectionable? I know government agencies and contractors who are reluctant to re-start some projects.

I guess the path is not sure. (Of course, I am certain the president has gamed it out!)

75% of the budget is already funded until October. The remaining 25% is homeland security (FEMA) and one other department.

I know he recently did a 25 minute interview with the DailyCaller. They were discussing it on the radio this morning. Apparently he has a red button on his desk that he presses and they bring him a diet coke!!

I cannot begin to imagine how he's able to carry on and accomplish so much with so many wolves at his heels. I can only stand to read so much of it before I need to escape.

Right now I’m having trouble seeing. So I’d like to wait a week or so to see if the drops/humidifier/other stuff help.

BUT there are others that took out a library book, so need to return it eventually. And others are waiting for their library books. I’d hate to start without anyone being able to jump in.

So can everyone let me know there book status? And if they think they might be ready in a week or 2 and/or have to return their book before we even get started?
