I finally got a chance to review the full statement to F-I by Director WRAY.

He elaborates that F-I leadership was doing all they could behind the scenes to get the rank & file paid.

I always think that is a real possibility here. The whole thing has been conducted under the presumably watchful eyes of IG + MIL with MIRROR FISA.

It's also curious how the Mule has been referring things to other US Attorneys; is that to coverup or to share the pain? It's never been clear to me ... but when things go from SC -> NY that is ripe for extending the reach of whatever team whitehat is able to do.
