Is that a spoof of that short "comedy" skit on SNL with the ever unfunny Al-RAT Franken?
It was called Deep Thoughts, by Jack Handy. Don’t know who Jack Handy is. Apparently he is a humorist that first became notable for the Deep Thoughts in National Lampoon in the early 70s.
