Woman who posted about Trump slams door on Secret Service agent January 14, 2019 After reportedly posting online about hoping someone would shoot President Trump between the eyes, a woman in Texas was shocked to see a Secret Service agent at her door only a few hours later. According to her, he attempted to intimidate her and enter her home but stopped when her nephew started recording. After stating that she wanted a lawyer, the woman got the agents phone number and then slammed the door shut without waiting for him to leave.

What a stupid comment to make.......What makes you believe that?
No.

She knows enough to know her right not to answer questions, and knows enough to know what to do when she is not under arrest.
But not enough to know that making a threat online is a crime. And will be investigated.
I’m not sure she got the message yet, but she may get more opportunities than she anticipates. She can refuse to cooperate in an investigation, but that could also be problematic. I guess it depends on where the Secret Service agent wants to take this next.
Yes, lovely.
I looked and there it was... gone.
The only legal tool to do that, barring her voluntary submittal, is to arrest her. There is no “right” to question anybody, even somebody under arrest. Maybe, especially somebody under arrest.
I just looked again and it is still there
My mistake. I thought you meant her facebook page.
She is an idiot.
But if she had committed a felony, she would have been arrested.

Would’ve been kinda neat of she’d caught the agent’s foot in the door...assault on a federal officer would be a good start.
They should have been able to arrest her when she shut the door on them.
So she threatened the president and refused to even answer the investigators questions? Seems like grounds for warrants to me.
Hardly.
Get a warrant, or get the hell off my property.
Agreed, but publicly threatening and then refusing to be question certainly sounds like grounds for warrants for me. SS can now get not only warrants for her arrest, but to search her home etc as well.
...we reasonable normal people would never go online and broadcast that we want to see a liberal politician assassinated.
Depends on who it is. Just sayin.
Need to bring her in for “questioning”. May be dangerous so handcuffs are in order.
