Woman who posted about Trump slams door on Secret Service agent January 14, 2019 After reportedly posting online about hoping someone would shoot President Trump between the eyes, a woman in Texas was shocked to see a Secret Service agent at her door only a few hours later. According to her, he attempted to intimidate her and enter her home but stopped when her nephew started recording. After stating that she wanted a lawyer, the woman got the agents phone number and then slammed the door shut without waiting for him to leave.

Wow! This cute little act of hers should be enough to get an arrest warrant.
Crazy far left, freeloading whores.
So has she gotten a lawyer yet? I bet she has. Or "one will be appointed for you".
Murderous leftists are entitled to free gubbermint-paid lawyers.
Wayyy too many people have been allowed to be a-holes for way too long...
She knows enough to know her right not to answer questions, and knows enough to know what to do when she is not under arrest.
She wants a lawyer, LOL!
Hope she does get a lawyer. An expensive one that charges for every hour, every meeting, every call, every document, every fax, every email, every paperclip, everything. She can consider it the cost of being a dumb ass!
I saw that. I watched the video.
“Am I under arrest?”
Agent: “No.”
~~SLAM~~
WHY WASN’T SHE ARRESTED FOR THIS?????
Never talk to the FBI without an attorney to guide you and while being recorded on video.
Im guessed NT the same thing applies to any federal law enforcement agent.
WHA??? I don’t get why in the world the Secret Service walks on eggshells around these loons. The approach should be: Kick their door down, slam them face first into a concrete sidewalk, give them the old knee-drop with your full weight onto the middle of the back of their neck and give them precisely two seconds to start answering your questions. The national security of the country is involved here. No pussy-footing around, gee whiz!
I don’t agree with what she said but she was correct that absent a warrant, probable cause, or exigent circumstances the Secret Service agent had no right to enter her home.
Conservatives should pay attention here because when the political winds blow the other way it’ll be the government at our front door asking why we think we have a right to keep and bear arms, a right to question our liberal leaders, and etc.
“She knows enough to know her right not to answer questions, and knows enough to know what to do when she is not under arrest.”
Funny how she can make these statements about shooting the President, refuse to speak to the Secret Service, and nothing happens; but, General Flynn agrees to speak to federal agents, without the legal representation that he is led to believe he doesn’t need, and he gets indicted. There’s a lesson here.
She may be a nut, but she acted in a correct manner.
NOTHING will happen to her!! The WUSSY SECTRET SERVICE AGAENT PROBABLY HATES TRUMP ALSO!!
She’ll think twice before posting like that again.

Yes, the lesson is the 4th and 5th Amendments.

In Indiana and in Texas it is explicitly legal to shoot and kill armed officers who force their way into your home without a warrant. It’s an armed home invasion regardless of who commits the crime.
That said, if there’s just cause then take the time to get a warrant to make sure that the arrest and conviction don’t get thrown out because of a civil rights violation.
Her legal fees will probably be underwritten by George Soros.
