We are headed for a national emergency being declared on the border, which is fine by me.

The libs will run to their Federal judges, who will rule a nationwide injunction against any actions by Trump.

Trump will then rightly just ignore all such judicial orders, because he alone has the responsibility to protect the nation, not the judiciary. Even if it got to the Supreme Court, the SC would not intervene as it is clearly the President’s role under the Constitution.

Monies will be identified and redirected to the Army Corp of Engineers, and given to DHS/ICE/BP to expand them to protect the border, with military help as well.

We will threaten a complete border shutdown with Mexico, including the passage of trucks northward, which will turn the situation with any and all caravans around in less than 24 hours.

Pelousy and Schmuckie have already lost this battle. It is just a question of how much damage will be done to the Dem Party until some adults step in on their side and take back control.

The DACA people are going to be clamoring for the deal Trump is offering, and if the Dems resist—there goes the already eroding Hispanic vote for 2020.

BONUS: William Barr is confirmed, and DECLAS of
FISA and arrests for treason can begin—well, we may get a new Speaker and a new Senate Minority Leader—who knows?

Trump is in the catbird seat-—this is going to play out beautifully.

The 2020 Dem candidates are going to have declare a position on this as well. The unity the Dems are famous for is going to start to fracture in the face of all these big power hungry egos.

I don't think the media can convince voters that that's a good thing.

BACON BLUE CHEESE POTATO SALAD

BACON BLUE CHEESE POTATO SALAD TAKES THE CLASSIC POTATO SALAD AND KICKS IT UP A NOTCH WITH THE FLAVORS OF BACON AND BLUE CHEESE. THIS WILL BE A SUMMER BBQ FAVORITE!

Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes peeled and cut into 1” chunks
1 teaspoon Kosher salt divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing or an additional 1/4 mayo and 2 tablespoons of blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks celery diced
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
½ cup blue cheese crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onion
Instructions
Fill a large pot 2/3 of the way with room temperature/cold water and add in the potato chunks.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
Turn the heat to high and cook the potatoes for 12-15 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain the potatoes and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, blue cheese dressing, mayonnaise, celery, most of the bacon, most of the blue cheese and green onion.
Stir to combine then add the potatoes and gently toss to combine.
Garnish with blue cheese and bacon and serve.
