I wonder if a number of dems will budge. If it passes the senate, dems might feel pressure to vote for it....at least some of them.

Trump proposes amnesty. We voted for Trump and got Jeb!

1. Like it or not (and I don't) the DACA people are here, and there is no way in Hell we are going to round them up and deport them. Not. Ever. Going. To. Happen.

2. According to what Trump has said in the past, if they commit a crime, besides coming here illegal, they will have breached the DACA deal & then will be deported

3. If they have lived here all this time, and in fact, not committed another crime, and we can vet them through the immigration process, then they will have been "good" hombres for a period of time that it would take normal immigrants to become citizens.

4. Strong borders & enforcing our immigration laws will prevent a new round of DACA, as well as slow other illegal immigrants.

Even if they don't hve 60, If 3 or more Dem Senators sign on- which is very possible- the Rs 'win'. Eventually it will pass, with an added treat for the House- money for one of their donors or something like that.
